Requirements

1. The interface between the area computer(s) and weather stations could be via a landline 
or wireless.
2. Whichever communications medium is used, keep in mind that the systems are 
attempting to communicate securely and therefore encryption should be used.  
3. Reliably is also a requirement when specifying the interface between the systems.
